Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948. The road described sixthly in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be incorporated in lease in perpetuity No. 508 recorded in register book, Volume 56, folio 201, held from Her Majesty the Queen, by Charles Barry Lawrence of Wendonside, farmer (half share), Keith McChesney Ashley of Gore, chartered accountant, Errol Gardner Copland of Waimumu, farmer, and Isobel May Lawrence of Wendonside, married woman (half share), subject to mortgage No. 263567. The road described eighthly in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be incorporated in lease in perpetuity No. 952 recorded in register book Volume 74, folio 60, held from Her Majesty the Queen, by Charles Barry Lawrence of Wendonside, farmer (half share), Keith McChesney Ashley of Gore, chartered accountant, Errol Gardner Copland of Waimumu, farmer, and Isobel May Lawrence of Wendonside, married woman (half share), subject to mortgage No. 263567. The road described tenthly and eleventhly in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in George William Blatch (two-third share), and Kenneth Paul Blatch (one-third share), both of North Makarewa, farmers, as tenants in common in the said shares subject to mortgages No. 025364.5, 025364.6, and 030356.1, statutory land charge 033404.1 and mortgage No. 043899.1.
