Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Com-
mittee on 20 June 1980, made an order authorising variations
of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known
as the Central Tavern, Patea.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday, and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or
New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in
the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the
morning of New Year's Day.

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing
Committee on 25 June 1980, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises known as the Kensington Tavern Limited, Whangarei.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at
10 o'clock in the evening.

amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the East Coast Licensing
Committee on 12 June 1980 made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises known as the Gisborne Branch of 2nd N.Z.E.F.
Association Incorporated.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the public the hours for the opening and closing of
the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and
Saturday—Opening at 9 o'clock in the morning and
closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning
and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as
amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing
Committee on 27 June 1980 made an order authorising varia-
tions of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club
known as the Glenview Club Incorporated, Hamilton.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing
of the said premises, subject to provision of adequate food
facilities, shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday, Saturday—The hour of closing shall
be 11 o'clock in the evening, the club to be open
for no longer than 12 hours on that day.

general public the hours for the opening and closing of the
said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at
10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening
at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock
in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 12 o'clock midnight.
