Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject
to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAMATA COUNTY—
TUKOREHE SCENIC RESERVE

33.8188 hectares, more or less, being Whaiti Kuranui 2D4,
Nos. 12A, 13A1, 13B2A, 15C1, and 15D1 Blocks and Section
1, Block IV, Patetere North Survey District. All New Zealand

Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares that the reserve for scenic purposes,
described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as
the Waitawa Scenic Reserve.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—Taranaki Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Com-
mittee on 20 June 1980, made an order authorising variations
of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known
as the Butlers Reef Country Inn, Oakura.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—Opening
at 9 o'clock in the morning and closing at 8 o'clock
in the evening.

Chartered Club—Canterbury Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the Canterbury Licensing
Committee on 20 June 1980 made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered
club known as the New Brighton Working Men's Club,
Christchurch.

To the intent that on days other than those on which
chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to its members, the hours for the opening and closing
of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing
at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11
o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock
in the evening.

(c) On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning
and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
