PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block IX, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby further amends the notice dated the 30th day of November 1976, and published in Gazette, 13 January 1977, No. 1, page 9, proclaiming land as road and road closed and incorporated in an adjoining Crown Lease, in Block IX, Mangatoro Survey District, Dannevirke County, by omitting the words “subject to mortgage No. 215286” and substituting the words “subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 340852.2, 359828.1, and 359828.2”.
