Land Proclaimed as Road in Block III, Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Otamatea County Council.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, Napier City

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 6th day of May 1980, and published in Gazette, 15 May 1980, No. 55, p. 1423, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested, in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District, Napier City, by omitting the words “and hereby declares that the road first described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, and the land first described in the Third Schedule hereto shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Harbour Board, subject to memorandum of lease No. 306120.1, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and hereby further declares that the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall when so closed vest in The Hawke’s Bay Harbour Board”, and substituting the words “and hereby declares that the road first described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, and the land first described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Harbour Board upon trust for the use, benefit, and endowment of the said Board, subject to
