Amending a Declaration Taking Land and a Drainage Easement in Block V, Karioi Survey District, Ohakune Borough

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 13th day of July 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 2 August 1979, No. 70, p. 2278, declaring land and a drainage easement taken for the proper development thereof in accordance with the Ohakune Borough Council’s operative district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, by omitting from line 2 of the Fourth Schedule to the declaration the figure “14” and substituting the figure “15” therefor.
