Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Added to Land Held for Scenic Purposes in Block IX, Maungataniwha Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land held for scenic purposes described in the Third Schedule hereto.
