Declaring Road in Block V, Purua Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 1525 square metres, situated in Block V, Purua Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Allotment 22, Whangarei Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 51427, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “C”.
