PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the New Plymouth City Council, from and after the 19th day of June 1980.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block V, Tuapeka West Survey District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tuapeka County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and when so closed the road described firstly, secondly, and thirdly in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Allan James Cameron and Neville Douglas Cameron both of Tuapeka Flat, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to agreement No. 282809 and mortgages No. 336231, 322707, 288755, and 500834/4, and the road described fourthly in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Trevor Alan Wilson of Tuapeka West, farmer (one-third share), and The Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited (two-third share), as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to statutory land charge 375432, and subject to mortgage No. 281985 affecting the third share interest of Trevor Alan Wilson only.
