Declaring Land Taken for Road in Blocks V and VI, Westmere Survey District, Waitotara County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Waitotara County Council, from and after the 19th day of June 1980.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed and Vested in Blocks XV and XIX, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of December 1979, published in Gazette, 17 January 1980, number 3, at page 89, proclaiming road closed and vested in the Wairoa County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the words “water and pipeline rights created by transfer No. 331707.4.”
