Appointment of Fortrose Boating Club to Control and Manage
a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National
Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey
hereby appoints the Fortrose Boating Club to control and
manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject
to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation
purposes.

XV, Marion; I and III, Lake Sumner; I and II, Katrine;
and X, Mytholm Survey Districts, Hurunui and Amuri
Counties

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Com-
missioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land,
described in the First Schedule hereto, has been transferred
to the Crown by the Hurunui County Council, and that the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto, has been
transferred to the Crown by the Amuri County Council
pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of
this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act 1948.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Patea County Council and
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Patea County Council,
and revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose
(site for a roadmans cottage), over the land described in the
Schedule hereto.
