Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes,
subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said
Act.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed
by the Birkenhead City Council on the 25th day of March
1980:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Birkenhead City Council
hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said
City, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto,
shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve
for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said
Act."

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Horowhenua County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown

hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (esplanade), and
further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said
reserve in the Horowhenua County Council, in trust for that
purpose.
