Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (esplanade),
subject to the provisions of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

North Auckland Land District—East Coast Bays City

1.2982 hectares, more or less, being part Allotments 181 and
182, Takapuna Parish, shown as "The Spa" on D.P. 13311,
situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, Part certificate

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby declares that part of the reserve, described in
the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for
historic purposes, and further, declares that part of the reserve,
described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as
a reserve for Government purposes (staff housing), subject to
the provisions of the said Act.

North Auckland Land District—Devonport Borough—North Head Historic Reserve

8.5995 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 38, Section 2,
Takapuna Parish, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from

Parks and Reserves, of the Department of Lands and Survey,
hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described
in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes
to a reserve for local purpose (site for community buildings),
subject to the provisions of the said Act.
