Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes (Wairarapa Railway) at Manor Park

Declaration that State Forest Land Shall be a Reserve for Scenic Purposes

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the State forest land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Purakaunui Bay Scenic Reserve to be administered by the South East Otago Reserves Board.
