Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Brian Stewart
Copland of Waimumu, farmer, subject to mortgages No.
220868, 221322, Statutory Land Charge 287753, mortgages
No. 007554.1, 034011.1, 034011.2, 036092.1, and that the road
secondly described in the Schedule hereto, shall when so
closed, vest in Winston Frank Copland of Waimumu, farmer,
and that the road fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly
described in the Schedule hereto shall when so closed, vest
in Christopher Robin Mackay Aynsley of Wendon Valley,
farmer (4/5th share), and Monica Kathleen Aynsley, his wife
(1/5th share), as tenants in common in the said shares sub-
ject to mortgages No. 286221, 010164.1, 012892.1, 032361.2,
and 053626.1, and that the road thirdly, eighthly, ninthly,
