Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Southdown-Avondale Railway at Onehunga

PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Middle Line Proclamation 13576, for the purposes of the Southdown-Avondale railway, from and after the 14th day of April 1980.

Game and Junior Game Season Licences and Licence Fees

PURSUANT to the Wildlife Act 1953 and the Wildlife Regulations 1955, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby prescribes the classes of licence to hunt or kill game that may be issued by an Acclimatisation Society in New Zealand and approves the licence fees set by the societies payable in respect of each class and the conditions attached thereto.

Class: North Island Game Season Licence.
Fee: Fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50).
Conditions: A North Island Game Season Licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in all acclimatisation districts of the North Island. The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits of the acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place.
