Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken in Blocks I and VII, Sutton Survey District, Silverpeaks County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the road described firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fourthly in the Second Schedule hereto when so closed, and the land described firstly, secondly, and thirdly in the Third Schedule hereto when so taken, shall vest in Murray James Stewart Jones of Shannon, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 290359 and electricity agreement 327930, the road described fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, eighthly, ninthly, and tenthly in the Second Schedule hereto when so closed, and the land described fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly in the Third Schedule hereto when so taken, shall vest in Alan Harrop Blair and Ian Bell Blair, both of Outram, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to electricity agreement 325689 and mortgage No. 525267.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 10th day of April 1980.

ALL that piece of land containing 46 square metres, and being part Snowdens Grant; as shown on plan S.O. 54147, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “G”.

ALL that piece of land containing 88 square metres, situated in Block VI, Pariutu Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 11539; as shown on plan S.O. 10815, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hobson County Council, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Harold Patrick Crump of Auckland, company director, and Keith Dargaville Harding of Dargaville, farmer.
