Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Coromandel
Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road, from and after the 17th day of January 1980.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block V, Aongatete Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council;
and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so
closed vest in Rae Doreen Hume, widow, and Claude
Hume, retired farmer, both of KatiKati, as executors.

Road Closed and Vested in Blocks XV and XIX, Nuhaka
North Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the First and
Second Schedules hereto and declares that the road described
in the First Schedule shall when so closed, vest in Thomas
James Dunn, of Napier, farmer, subject to oil boring and
incidental rights created by transfer No. 61470, mortgage No.
175285, water and pipeline rights created by transfer No.
331707.4, and that the road described in the Second Schedule
shall, when so closed, vest in Thomas James Dunn, of Napier,
farmcr, subject to oil boring and incidental rights created by
transfer No. 61468 and mortgage No. 175285, Hawke’s Bay
Land Registry.
