Declaring Land Taken for Road and Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks VII and XI, Thames Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, which land shall vest in the Hauraki Plains County Council, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, from and after the 17th day of January 1980.
