Kaikoura Coastal Reserves Board Appointed to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District of Marlborough, who shall be Chairman, ex-officio,
A member of the Kaikoura County Council, ex-officio,
A member of the Automobile Association (Canterbury) Incorporated, ex-officio,
A member of the Automobile Association (Marlborough) Incorporated, ex-officio,
The Officer in Charge, Ministry of Works and Development, Kaikoura, ex-officio,

Richard Burn Landall Baxter,
Lance Desmond Bowring, and
Bryan Thomas Seddon

to be the Kaikoura Coastal Reserves Board to control and manage the reserves controlled by the Kaikoura Coastal Reserves Board, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for scenic, historic, and recreation purposes, for a term to expire on 31 December 1980.
