Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of January 1980.


SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 31.6 perches (2822 square metres), being part Marangairoa 2E2B6 Block, situated in Block XIII, East Cape Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 6332, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1979.
