of WATERPROOF SEALING COMPANY LIMITED, a duly registered company having its registered office at 87 Richmond Street, Petone, and carrying on business as waterproof sealing dealers:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 18th day of February 1980, presented to the said Court by OLDINS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 11-15 Cable Street, Wellington; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 2nd day of April 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

HAURAKI CATCHMENT BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCK XVI, WAIHOU SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR RIVER CONTROL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hauraki Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for soil conservation and river control purposes the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the construction of a stopbank and river control works as part of the Waihou Valley Scheme.

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Hauraki Catchment Board situated at 59 Whitaker Street, Te Aroha, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have an objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Tribunal, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector, will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land containing 4.0469 hectares being all the land in Totara Block in Block XVI, Waihou Survey District, and being that part of the land comprised in Maori Land Plan 6547 being shown as Totara Block and more particularly delineated on Deposited Plan S. 3859. The said parcel of land adjoins the farm property of Harold Paul Fitches and Benita Edith Fitches situated at Awati Road, Netherton.
