WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND IS HELD
The Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, to change the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule hereto is held, from sanitary works to road.
A plan of the land affected is available for public inspection during normal office hours, free of charge, in the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Office Building, 5 Mercer Street, Wellington.
If any person is directly affected by this proposal and has an objection he should put his objection in writing and send it to the Town Clerk, Wellington City Council, P.O. Box 2199, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made the Council will appoint a time and place at which the objector may appear before it and support the objection by such evidence as he thinks fit.
SCHEDULE
2.1980 hectares, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 25110, described in Proclamation 144043.1, more particularly shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 32198.
This land forms an extension of Happy Valley Road.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
The Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take land described in the Schedule below for purpose of a parking place in the City of Wellington.
A plan together with copies of the titles of the land the Council proposes to take are available for public inspection during normal office hours, free of charge, in the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Office Building, 5 Mercer Street, Wellington.
If any person is directly affected by the proposal and has an objection which is not related to the amount or payment of compensation he should put his objection in writing and send it to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objections will be held unless the objector does not require this and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
274 square metres, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 3375 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 237, folio 223, more particularly shown marked “A” on S.O. plan 32091.
NOTE—This land is part of the property commonly known as 175-179 Cuba Street, Wellington. It is required in connection with the proposed Marion Street Car Parking Building.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 11 March 1980, at Wellington, was 270.05 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
