South Canterbury Acclimatisation District

(1) Lake Murray, being a lake approximately 2.2258 hectares in extent lying north-east of Lake Alexandrina near the Glenmore-Tekapo Road, and on the property of Mr G. G. Murray.

(2) The property of the New Zealand Refrigerating Co. Ltd., at Smithfield, containing 24.2129 hectares, being Lot 27, on Plan 578, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 103, folio 262, Canterbury Registry, bounded on the west generally by the South Island Main Trunk Railway, on the east generally by the Waitarakao Lagoon, and on the south by the Taitarakhi Creek.

(3) Lot 2, D.P. 9880, Block III, Arowhenua, property of B. R. Gason.

(4) The property of Mr S. J. Lister, being R.S. 5871, Block III, Arowhenua.

(5) The golf links of the Glen-iti Golf Club (Inc.) at Glen-iti, Timaru.

Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District

(1) That land comprising the river and floodbeds of the Haast and Landsborough river valleys, containing the pastoral run occupied by Mr M. Cron, lessee.

(2) Roy's Bay, being that portion of Lake Wanaka lying south generally of a right line running from Eely Point to the point where the northern bank of Scar Burn joins the said lake and, in addition, a strip of land 400 metres in width around the margin of the above-defined portion of that lake, such strip of land being extended to include the whole of the township of Wanaka.

(3) Section 6, Block XXXII, Town of Arrowtown, area approximately 0.9384 hectares (S.D. Plan 14023), Otago Land District, Lake County, commonly known as Golf Links Pond.

(4) All those waters of the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu and the Kawarau River described as follows: Commencing at a white post landmark at the tip of the Kelvin Peninsula; then north-west to a further white post landmark at the tip of the Government Gardens; then northerly and easterly along the water edge of the Frankton Arm to the Kawarau River; thence down the river on the northerly shore to another white post landmark; thence directly across the river to a point in line with the southly shore and following this shore back to the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu; thence along the easterly shore of this arm to the point of commencement.

(5) All that area in the Westland Land District, County of Westland, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Rural Section 516, situated in Block XIV, Okuru S.D., and proceeding south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Rural Section 516 aforesaid and its production across a public road to the middle of the Turnbull River; thence north-westerly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Rural Section 231, situated in Block IX, Okuru S.D.; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and its production across a public road again by that boundary and its production across the Haast-Jacksons Bay Road and again by that boundary and the south-western boundary of part Rural Section 864A to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned rural section; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Rural Section 864A to the south-western boundary of Rural Section 2387; thence south-easterly by that boundary and its production across Nolan Road and the south-western boundary of Rural Section 3739, situated in Block X, Okuru S.D.; and its production across Stout Road and the south-western boundaries of Rural Sections 466 and 513 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary across Collyer Road to the point of commencement.

(6) Approximately 20 hectares, Section 15, Block XVI, Tarras S.D., being the property of Mr M. J. Cowie.

Southland Acclimatisation District

(1) All that area containing approximately 56.6561 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the point where the production of the north boundary of Lot 44, D.P. No. 159, Block VII, Oteramika Hundred, meets the eastern side of Moore Road; thence north-easterly for 80 metres along the eastern side of Moore Road, to a fence running easterly generally across Lot 46; thence easterly along that fence and that line produced, across a branch of the Waihopai River, to the eastern boundary of the said Lot 46; thence due south along the said boundary to the northern side of the Main South Railway; thence south-westerly, along the said northern side to the eastern side of Moore Road; thence northerly generally along the eastern side of Moore Road to the point of commencement; being the property of Mr C. King.

(2) All that area containing approximately 133.5465 hectares, being part Section 224, Block VIII, Takitimu S.D.; being the property of Mr E. D. Hastie.

(3) All that area in the Southland Acclimatisation District north of a line commencing at Mount Snowdon, situated in Block VIII, Snowdon S.D., on the Society's north-western boundary and proceeding south-easterly by a right line to Bald Hill on the boundary of Snowdon and Black Hill S.D.s and thence north-easterly by a right line to Hummock Peak, situated in Block XV, Mararoa S.D., on the Society's north-eastern boundary.

(4) Lake Thomas, situated in Block VI, Mararoa S.D., and a strip of land 20 metres wide round the margin of Lake Thomas.

(5) Sections 1, 2, and 38 and Part Sections 31 and 32 Block I, Sections 93, 114 and Part Section 95 Block II, Section 7 and Part Section 12 Block III, Longwood Survey District, containing 93.6393 hectares. Present occupier, R. C. Winter, Orepuki.

Stratford Acclimatisation District

(1) The property of Mr R. C. Kennedy, Tahora, comprising the land in Block VI, Pouata S.D.

(2) Parts Section 24 and Lot 1, D.P. 2128, being part Section, 23 Block VI, Ngaere Survey District. Area: 25.5384 hectares, more or less. Properties of L. T. and B. J. Kuriger and M. L. Blair.
