Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation District

(1) Section 1 and P.R. “B”, Block VIII, Ohau River S.D., and part Section 5, Block VIII, Ohau River S.D., Run 543, Ahuriri, Benmore, Ohau Lake, and Ohau River S.D.s, in the homestead paddocks surrounding the Benmore Station Pond. Present occupier J. Sutherland.

(2) Part of Lake Aviemore, Section 2, Block IV, Gala Survey District, 80.9371 hectares, more or less. Part Proclamation 7682 (S.O. 16750).

Wanganui Acclimatisation District

(1) That portion of the Wanganui River, including all tidal lands as defined in the Harbours Act 1950, from a line commencing at the centre of the junction of Kaimatira Road and Riverbank Road on the left bank of the river; thence extending directly across the river to the eastern boundary of Wanganui City on the right bank of the river, to a line commencing at the mouth of the Awarua Stream on the left bank of the river; thence extending directly across the river to the southern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 13660, on the right bank of the river.

Wellington Acclimatisation District

(1) Silverhope, Hunter ville, being part Sections 26, 34, and 35, Paraekarahu Block, part Lot 3, D.P. 7372, certificate of title, 101/224 and 356/282, Wellington Registry, containing 101.618 hectares, more or less, being the property of Alfred Oliver Bartlett.

(2) South Karori, Wellington, being Part Section 48, Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 20756, and Lot 2, D.P. 3936, containing 25.8673 hectares, more or less, being the property of Miss Margaret Alice Romaine Wright and Mrs Hazel Mary Traynor.

West Coast Acclimatisation District

(1) Buller River Mouth—Area at the mouth of the Buller River: All that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 263.0461 hectares, more or less, situated in Block II (2), Steeples S.D., and Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D., and bounded as follows: commencing at a point, being the intersection of the middle line of the Buller River and the middle line of the road bridge over the Buller River in Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D.; thence generally westerly and north-westerly by the middle line of the aforesaid bridge and the Westport-Carters Beach Road to its intersection with Aerodrome Road in Block III (3), Steeples S.D.; thence generally easterly along the middle line of the said Aerodrome Road and that line produced to the middle line of the Buller River; thence generally southerly along the middle line of that river to the point of commencement; excepting therefrom that area declared a Wildlife Refuge (Gazette, 1957, page 825).

(2) Lake Ryan—All that area situated in Block IV (4), Cobden S.D., known as Lake Ryan and the area included within a line parallel to and 100 metres distant from the shores of the said lake.

(3) The property of Mr C. N. Curtis, Northern moiety of Section 2952, Block IV, Cobden Survey District and being part of the land contained in provisional certificate of title, Volume 9, folio I, Westland Register: area, 0.4606 hectares.

(4) Rural Section 3641, Block XII, Waimoa S.D. being the property of Messrs J. L. and A. B. Alexander.

Westland Acclimatisation District

(1) Okarito Township Reserve, being that part of the Okarito Lagoon on the south side of the Okarito Road.

(2) The Otatoki Creek and its tributaries to within 60 metres of the Okarito Lagoon as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

Whangarei Acclimatisation District

(1) An area of 2 hectares on the property of A. Exley, Helena Bay, Northland, being Pt. Owai Block 317, I and II Opuawhanga Survey District.
