(5) All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District known as the Washpen and bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Waikari-Reefton State Highway No. 72 and the Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No. 143; thence south-westerly along the northern side of the Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No. 143 and bounding Lot 1, D.P. 5471, occupied by Mr F. G. Forrester, for a distance of 1392.163 metres; thence continuing along the northern side of the said main highway for a distance of 193.5236 metres and bounding part R.S. 7540, D.P. 1525, the property of Mr D. J. Cunningham and Mr R Stewart; thence in a north-westerly direction through the said R.S. 7540, D.P. 1525, and Lot 2, D.P. 11568, owned and occupied by Mr R. N. Gilbert, for a distance of 1257.3 metres to Gilberts Road; thence along this southern side of Gilberts Road in an easterly direction for 2402.5796 metres to the intersection of Gilberts Road and the Waikari-Reefton State Highway No. 72; thence along the western side of the Waikari-Reefton State Highway No. 72, in a southerly direction for a distance of 284.5521 metres to the intersection of the Waikari-Reefton State Highway No. 72 and Waikari-Waitohi Main Highway No. 143 the point of commencement, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(6) All that area of land, being parts Section 14 and 15, Blocks 8 and 12, in the Skiddaw S.D., known as Horseshoe Lake on Glynn Wye Station, owned by Edward Percy Harold Burbery, and commencing at a point being the eastern end of Kakapo Brook Bridge on State Highway No. 72 and proceeding in a southerly and easterly direction along the southern side of State Highway No. 72 for a distance of 1124.2274 metres; thence in a southerly direction for a distance of 251.46 metres; thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 653.796 metres; thence in a northerly direction along the east bank of Kakapo Brook for a distance of 1107.6310 metres to the eastern end of Kakapo Brook Bridge on State Highway No. 72, the point of commencement and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(7) All that area containing 15 hectares, more or less, situated in Block II, Selwyn S.D., being the bed of the stream forming the northern boundary of Rural Section 8325, commencing at the western side of Ridges Road and proceeding westerly to a point 100 metres above the springs, a total distance of 765 metres, more or less, together with a strip of land 100 metres in width on both sides of the said stream, being parts of Rural Sections 8325, 22385, 13932, 13905, and 8310-8315 inclusive, being the property of Mr E. I. Ridgen, Greendale, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(8) All that area situated in Block XII, Grey S.D., containing by admeasurement 242.4829 hectares, more or less, being firstly, Lot 3, Deposited Plan 5691, being parts Rural Sections 3197, 3785, 3884, 4058, 4327, 4340, 5605, and part Lot 19, Reserve 2640, all certificate of title, Volume 349, folio 79; and thirdly, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 7538 being Rural Section 3997, all certificate of title, Volume 504, folio 296, being the property of Mr J. M. B. Starkey, Amberley, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(9) The Heathcote River and all its tributaries from the Lincoln Road bridge to the Ferry Road bridge.
(10) Land at Ohoka, namely, all that area in the Canterbury Land District, Eyre County, containing 23.9574 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan No. 1641, and being part Rural Section 1115 (all certificate of title, Volume 545, folio 10); parts Rural Section 1114 (all certificate of title, Volume 148, Folio 47); Rural Sections 8503, 8504, 8505, and parts Rural Sections 111 and 1615 (all certificate of title, Volume 430, folio 179). All situated in Block XIV, Rangiora S.D., and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(11) The River Avon from its source in Rural Sections 177 and 144, Block X, Christchurch Survey District, to the Pleasant Point Bridge between Rural Section 11212 and 14342, Block XIII, Christchurch S.D., including the Waimairi and Wairarapa Streams, Dudleys Creek, and all other tributaries of the River Avon, and of the said streams and creek.
(12) Cheviot or St Anne’s Lagoon—Those parts of St Anne’s Lagoon (commonly known as Cheviot Lagoon), situated on part Section 27, Block IV, and parts Sections 1 and 4, Block VII, Cheviot S.D., together with a strip of land 45.72 metres in width along the margins thereof as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts. (On the remainder of this lagoon and land adjoining (being Reserve 3146) shooting is prohibited as it is a reserve pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977.
(13) All that area in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Rural Section 17571; thence north-easterly generally along Fairweather Road, Harpers Road, and Dixons Road to the northern boundary of Reserve 3415; thence along that boundary to a point due west of the easternmost corner of Rural Section 14341; thence along a right line to that point; thence westerly generally along the road forming the southern boundary of that section and of Rural Section 5785, to Heyward’s Road; thence north-westerly along Heyward’s Road to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary of Reserve 3415; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary to a point in line with the southern boundary of Rural Section 17571; thence to and along that boundary to the south-western corner of the said Section 17571, the point of commencement, being the property of Mr G. F. Dixon, Clarkville, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(14) That portion of the Weka Stream flowing through the properties of Messrs D. Antill, F. J. Bain, C. H. Bethell, L. W. Ferguson, R. G. Forbes, estate of R. B. Johnston, E. C. S. Murchison, and E. C. Topp, in the Waikari S.D.
(15) All that area in the Canterbury Land District, being Rural Sections, 4300, 4357, 4591, 4592, and 5235, situated in Block XVI, Waipara S.D., being part of the property of Mr E. C. S. Murchison, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(16) An area of land R. 3938 situated in the Canterbury Land District and known as the Coutts Island Reserve being an area of 9.3078 hectares.
(17) Rangiora Borough Council oxidation ponds, and area of farmland in the immediate vicinity, being the properties of Messrs K. J. Brosman, H. C. Welsford, and Spark Brothers, comprising 41.3096 hectares, more or less, and as further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(18) The property of Mr and Mrs N. Isaac, Harewood, comprising 24.7939 hectares, more or less, contained in Lot 1, D.P. 17014, Part R.S. 3060, Lot 1, D.P. 21725, and as further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
(19) All that area of Reserves 5240 and 5241 situated in Blocks II and III, Christchurch S.D., and containing an area of 47 hectares, more or less, and controlled by the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society and known as the Silverstream Fish Hatchery.
(20) The estuary, foreshore, and adjacent areas of the estuary of the Avon and Heathcote Rivers as described in the Christchurch City Bylaw No. 50.
(21) The area known as “White Pit”, 8.0920 hectares R.S. 40451, Block XIV, Rangiora Survey District.
Otago Acclimatisation District
(1) Section 6, Block V, Lauder S.D.—Armstrong’s property.
(2) The lagoon known as Tomahawk Lagoon (Otago Peninsula).
(3) The property of G. M. Bush as follows: Part Section 3a, Duncan Settlement, Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri S.D., Lots 32 and 33, Township of Brighton View (Plan 2643); and being part of Section 52 and closed road, Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri District, and including that portion of the stream known as Taylors Creek, between the bridge and the sea.
(4) The lake known as the Blue Lake on the property of Mr J. W. J. Pauley, part Block II, St. Bathans S.D.
(5) A section near the creek near the homestead of Mrs R. J. E. Smith, “Listleigh”, Wedderburn, being Section 5, Block XI, Naseby S.D.
(6) The property of Mr Michael Francis Morrison, Tokanui, being Section 3, Part II, part Section 6, Block IV, Otara S.D.
(7) Ponds on the homestead block of the property of Mrs E. M. McLeod, known as “the Beeches”, Waipiata, and that part of Pigburn Creek contained within Block IV, part Section 25, Upper Taieri S.D.
(8) A pond adjacent to the homestead on the property of Mr Leonard Anderson, Galloway, Central Otago.
(9) Ponds known as the “Coalpits”, coming within the boundary of the Wyndham Borough Council.
