Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licences in Blocks IV, V and XVII, Shotover Survey District, Lake County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Lake County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and declares that the road firstly described in the said Schedule shall when so closed, be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 833, recorded in certificate of title No. 6C/797, held by William Harry Dagg of Queenstown, farmer (a one-third share), Ronald Dagg of Queenstown, farmer (a one-third share), The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited (a one-sixth share), and Ian David Scott of Alexandra, company manager (a one-sixth share), subject to mortgage No. 457556/2 and to mortgage No. 501428/3, affecting the one-quarter share interest of The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, Harry Dagg, and Ian David Scott only, and to mortgage No. 501428/5, affecting the one-quarter share interest of The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, Ronald Dagg, and Ian David Scott only, the road secondly described in the said Schedule shall when so closed, be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 973, recorded in certificate of title No. 7B/806, held by Francis Knowles May of Queenstown, farmer, subject to irrigation agreement X17525.

Declaring Land Taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway, from and after the 18th day of December 1980.
