Declaring Land Taken for Post Office Purposes in Kaikoura County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes, from and after the 18th day of December 1980.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Mining Easements and Fencing Agreements, for Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining easements created by Deeds No. 173870 (R. 112/262) and No. 178252 (R. 120/516), and subject as to the land firstly described to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 459373, and subject as to the land secondly described to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 9274, South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV, of the Coal Mines Act 1979, from and after the 18th day of December 1980.

Declaring Road in Block X, Hamilton Survey District, Waipa County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:
(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road;
and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 18th day of December 1980.
