PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waitemata City Council, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Desmond Wilson Carbury of Auckland, surveyor.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Land Taken in Block XI, Toetoes Survey District and Blocks I and II, Otara Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of May 1980, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 1980, No. 55, at page 1426, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken in Block XI, Toetoes Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Otara Survey District, Southland County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by inserting “of Otara, farmer” after “Colin William Jennings” and by also inserting “as tenants in common in equal shares” after “Raymond Albert Blair and Ashley Wayne Blair of Otara, farmers”.
