Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, and whereas by reason of an adjustment
in the area of the land it is considered necessary to replace
the notice aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as
follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Hamilton 1980, No. 16. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953.

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the
Noxious Plants Council hereby declares Pinus nigra to be a
Class B noxious plant on the Amuri Range on the properties
known as Barcaldine, Birch Toppings, Marawera, Polo Hills,
Mount Paul, The Hossack, and Hossack Downs, within Amuri
District Noxious Plants Authority. -
This notice shall come into effect on the day after
notification in the Gazette.

Noxious Plant (Notice No. 2502, Ag. 12/10/10)

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the
Noxious Plants Council hereby declares Goats rue (Galega
officinalis) a Class B noxious plant in those parts of New
Zealand lying within the boundaries of Rangitikei, Pohangina,
Manawatu, Horowhenua, Pahiatua, and Dannevirke/Wood-
ville District Noxious Plants Authorities. -
This notice shall come into effect on the day after the
date of notification in the Gazette.
