Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Mamoe and Ngaitahu Tribes.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Longwood Survey District, and described as follows:

4047 Te Kawhakaputaputa Section 6, Crown Grant, dated 3 June 1886, and being part of the land in certifi-cate of title, Volume 41, folio 155 (Southland Land Registry).

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
