Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the following two schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 2 February 1981.
Turakina Maori Girls' College, Hendersons Line, Marton.
Craighead Diocesan School, Wrights Avenue, Timaru.
A copy of each integration agreement is available for inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington. Copies of all agreements for all integrated schools are now also available at Education Department Regional Offices.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawke's Bay Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke's Bay Licensing Committee, on 1 October 1980, revoked the order made on 28 March 1977 varying the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Angus Inn Hotel.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Masterton Licensing Trust
Pursuant to section 34B of the Licensing Trust Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trust Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Masterton Licensing Trust, on 17 November 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Empire Hotel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Marlborough Licensing Committee, on 20 November 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Portage Hotel, Kenepuru Sound, Marlborough.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On Wednesday, 24 December 1980, Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On Wednesday, 31 December 1980, New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

(b) On any Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the period when daylight saving is in force (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Christmas Eve, during the period when daylight saving is in force—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(d) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
(e) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, during the period when daylight saving is not in force (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 9 o'clock in the evening.
