Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for a public library) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY
1358 square metres, more or less, being Section 194, Town of Millerton, situated in Block VI, Ngakawau Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1900, page 1699, and 1980, page 2566. S.O. Plan 5456.
This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 11 August 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 1980, No. 107, p. 2712, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic reserve.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—West Coast Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the West Coast Licensing Committee, on 30 October 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises set out in the Schedule below.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Invercargill Licensing Trust
Pursuant to section 34B of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Invercargill Licensing Trust, on 28 August 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the "Towers Bar", Don Lodge Motor Hotel.
To the intention that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises subject to the provision of a meal service shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 12 o'clock in the morning and closing at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Opening again at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday—Opening at 12 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday—Opening at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(d) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 12 o'clock noon and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(e) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 12 o'clock noon and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.
