Declaring Land Taken for Road Purposes in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road purposes and shall vest in the Auckland City Council, from and after the 21st day of February 1980.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XVI, Motu Survey District, Waikohu County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Andrew Fraser McLean of Otoko, sheep-farmer, as to a one-third share; and Andrew Fraser McLean, sheep-farmer, Joan Frances Margaret McLean, widow, both of Otoko, and Malcolm Graham Dobson of Gisborne, chartered accountant, as to a two-thirds share under and by virtue of Crown lease in perpetuity 429, recorded in register book, Volume 113, folio 229, Gisborne Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 21st day of February 1980.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Limited Access Road in Block VIII, Waimate Survey District, Hawera District

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 21st day of November 1979, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 November 1979, No. 112, p. 3706, declaring land taken for limited access road in Block VIII, Waimate Survey District, Hawera District, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
