Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken in Block V, Mokoreta Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of May 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 28 June 1979, No. 59, p. 1970, and registered as notice No. 048454, Southland Registry, as amended by the notice dated the 4th day of September 1979, No. 84, p. 2692, and registered as notice No. 050927 proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested and land taken in Block V, Mokoreta Survey District, Southland County by including after the expression “the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule when so taken shall vest in Allan Lloyd Bell of Mokoreta, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 009321.1” the expression “the land thirdly described in the Third Schedule when so taken shall vest in the Southland County Council”.
