A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the declaration dated the 20th day of February 1975, published in Gazette, 27 February 1975, No. 18, p. 371, and registered at the North Auckland Land Registry under No. 322964, declaring land taken for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, in Blocks X and XI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Mahurangi Survey District, described as follows:

0 1 13.4 } coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 45286, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
56.0100 hectares, more or less, Lot 1, D.P. 5150, situated in Block VIII, Heringa Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 3B, folio 472. Subject to a water easement over parts, appurtenant to part Section 71, Block VIII, Heringa Survey District (certificate of title, Volume 3B, folio 473), and part Section 72, Block VIII, Heringa Survey District (certificate of title, Volume 3B, folio 473), created by T. 91333.2, as shown on plan O. 27/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

WHEREAS, by an Order in Council made on the 20th day of August 1979*, you, the said Rodney Gerald Gallen, George Samuel Beca, John Davidson McCraw, and Trevor Athol Roberts, were appointed to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon the disaster by landslip which occurred at Abbotsford, Green Island, Dunedin, on the 8th day of August 1979:
And whereas by the said Order in Council you were required to submit your report not later than the 28th day of February 1980:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the 17th day of December 1979† the time within which you were so required to report was extended until the 30th day of May 1980:
And whereas by a further Order in Council made on the 26th day of May 1980‡ the time within which you were so required to report was further extended until the 1st day of September 1980:
