And whereas by a further Order in Council made on the 1st day of September 1980§ the time within which you were so required to report was further extended until the 31st day of October 1980:

And whereas it is expedient that the time for so reporting should be further extended as hereinafter provided:

Now, therefore, pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby extend until the 28th day of November 1980 the time within which you, the said Rodney Gerald Gallen, George Samuel Beca, John Davidson McCraw, and Trevor Athol Roberts, are so required to report, without prejudice to the continuation of the liberty conferred upon you by the said Order in Council made on the 20th day of August 1979 to report your proceedings and findings from time to time if you should judge it expedient so to do, and hereby confirm the said Order in Council made on the 20th day of August 1979 and the Commission thereby constituted, save as modified by these presents.

Given in Executive Council under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government this 28th day of October 1980.

Declaration That State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of North-West Nelson State Forest Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 28th day of October 1980

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 2nd day of September 1970 and published in Gazette, 10 September 1970, p. 1596, hereby ceases to be part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park, as from the date of publication hereof.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY

26.8340 hectares, more or less, being Section 16, Block II, Tadmor Survey District (S.O. Plan 12762), as shown on plan M28/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Extending the Time Within Which the Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of Impropriety in Respect of Approval by the Marginal Lands Board of an Application by James Maurice Fitzgerald and Audrey Fitzgerald May Report

To all to whom these presents shall come, and to:

BRINSLEY DONALD INGLIS, of Wellington, One of Her Majesty's Counsel Learned in the Law;

Air Marshal SIR RICHARD BRUCE BOLT, K.B.E., C.B., D.F.C., A.F.C., of Wellington, formerly Chief of Defence Staff; and

JOHN JOSEPH LOFTUS, O.B.E., of Lower Hutt, formerly Deputy Secretary of Defence:

GREETING:

WHEREAS, by an Order in Council made on the 25th day of August 1980*, you, the said Brinsley Donald Inglis, Sir Richard Bruce Bolt, and John Joseph Loftus, were appointed to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon allegations of impropriety that have been made in respect of the approval by the Marginal Lands Board of an application under the Marginal Lands Act 1950 by James Maurice Fitzgerald and Audrey Fitzgerald, both of Wellington:

And whereas by the said Order in Council you were required to submit your report not later than the 14th day of November 1980:

And whereas it is expedient that the time for so reporting should be extended as hereinafter provided:

Now, therefore, pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, I, The Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby extend until the 31st day of December 1980 the time within which you, the said Brinsley Donald Inglis, Sir Richard Bruce Bolt, and John Joseph Loftus, are so required to report, without prejudice to the continuation of the liberty conferred upon you by the said Order in Council to report your proceedings and recommendations from time to time if you should judge it expedient so to do, and hereby confirm the said Order in Council and the Commission thereby constituted, save as modified by these presents.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (2) (a) of the Kiwi Fruit Marketing Licensing Authority Regulations 1977, I hereby appoint:
