Amending a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation dated 29 November 1961, published in the Gazette of 21 December 1961, No. 82, p. 1962, and registered as Proclamation No. 18804, North Auckland Land Registry (hereinafter termed “the former Proclamation”), defining the middle line of a portion of the Onchunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway, in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, is hereby so amended that the former Proclamation shall affect not only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 3719, referred to in the former Proclamation, but also the land referred to in the Schedule hereto within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked 1/88/4/3104/1.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART Allotment 51, Manurewa Parish (certificate of title 962/61), Lot 1, D.P. 34892 (certificate of title 912/54), Public Road, Lot 1, D.P. 87112 (certificate of title 44D/686), Lot 3, D.P. 34892 (certificate of title 912/54), and Lot 1, D.P. 43571 (certificate of title 962/61). As the same is delineated on the plan marked 1/88/4/3104/1, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development, Wellington.
