CORRIGENDUM
The notice appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 66 of 12 June 1980, page 1756, is hereby amended to read:
Notifying the Exchange of State Forest Land for Other Land—Southland Conservancy
PURSUANT to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949, as substituted by section 7 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976, the Minister of Forests has exchanged the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto for other land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SILVERPEAKS COUNTY
18.835 hectares, more or less, being Section 37, Block III, Otokia Survey District. Part document No. 250468. S.O. Plan 19254, as shown on plan I. 45/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SILVERPEAKS COUNTY
88.539 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 16984. Block III, Otokia Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 6D, folio 1289, limited, as shown on plan I. 45/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in the County of Rangitikei and the County of Manawatu
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Rangitikei-Wanganui Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1980.
