National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 3 (New Plymouth to Inglewood section) as more particularly shown on plan M.O.W. 15023 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 October 1980 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 17 February 1969* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the eastern side across the frontage of part subdivision 42 and part subdivision 48, Maori Reserve No. 3 (Puketotara), Block 5 Paritutu S.D. (certificate of title A3/513).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 58 (Pautahanui to Parc-mata section) as more particularly shown on plan M.O.W. 35040 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Perirua, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 October 1980 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 21 February 1973* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the southern side across the frontage of part Lot 5, D.P. 43812 (certificate of title 15C/155).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 1 (Falls Bridge to Wark-worth section) as more particularly shown on plan LA10/20/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland North, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 15 October 1980 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 15 March 1978* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the eastern side commencing at the point of junction of the northern boundary of part Allotment 122, D.P. 17937 (certificate of title 431/119), with the State highway and extending southward for 500 metres crossing the frontages of part Allotment 122, Allotment 280, and part Allotment 277.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 October 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, Motueka to Hop-Research Station, for half its width on the eastern side across the frontage of Lot 1 and Lot 2, D.P. 10471 (certificates of title 5D/741, 5D/742), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA54/58/8 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 October 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6, Brightwater to Birds Lane section, for half its width on the southern side across the whole frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 10406 (certificate of title 5D/582), including all that land vested as road as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA54/47/16 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
