Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Canterbury Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Canterbury Licensing Committee, on 19 September 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Crown Tavern, Christchurch.

On any Saturday—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

On any Friday, Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

Levy on Meat Exported (Notice No. 2466, Ag. 4/52/11/3)

Pursuant to section 13 of the Meat Export Control Act 1921-22 and the Meat Levy Regulations 1973, Amendment No. 1, the rate of levy on meat exported from New Zealand shall be 1.1 cents per kilogram, on and from the 1st day of December 1980.

We, three of the Judges of the High Court of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers vested in us by the Judicature Act 1908, hereby appoint that during the year 1981 sittings of the High Court for the dispatch of civil and criminal business will be held at the High Court Houses in the following places:
