Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Limited Access Road in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a limited access road, from and after the 16th day of October 1980.
