PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land firstly, secondly, and thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, held by George Hamilton Henry Sole of Reporoa, farmer, and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. 20D/689, South Auckland Land Registry, and the interest in the land fourthly and fifthly described in the Schedule hereto, held by Kevin Rex McDonald and Colin James McDonald both of Reporoa, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. 20J/1139, South Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 16th day of October 1980.
