Inclusion of Areas of Lake, Harbour, and Territorial Sea in the Region of the Nelson Bays United Council

PURSUANT to section 19 (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that for the purpose of regional planning, the lakes, harbours, and territorial seas within the area described in the Schedule hereto are hereby included in the region of the Nelson Bays United Council, a body constituted pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, by Order in Council, dated 3 November 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 1978, No. 96, p. 3025.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of lake, harbour, and territorial sea within a line commencing on the mean high water mark on the sea coast at Kahurangi Point in Block V, Wakamarana Survey District, and then proceeding along a right line to its intersection with the outer limits of the territorial sea (as shown on sea chart N.Z. 25); thence generally, north-easterly, along the outer limits of the territorial sea through Tasman Bay to a point at the intersection of a right line proceeding due north from the mean high water mark on the sea coast at Pukerau Point in Block IV, Whangamoa Survey District; thence proceeding due south along that line to Pukerau Point; thence in a generally southerly and south-westerly direction and then north-westerly and north-easterly along the boundary of the Waimea County to Mount Arthur No. 2; thence generally, north-westerly, along the boundary of the Golden Bay County to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to section 19 (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that for the purpose of regional planning, the lakes, harbours, and territorial seas within the area described in the Schedule hereto are hereby included in the region of the Canterbury United Council, a body constituted pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, by Order in Council, dated 14 May 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 17 May 1979, No. 42, p. 1529.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area of lake, harbour, and territorial sea within a line commencing on the mean high water mark at the mid point of the mouth of the Conway River, and then proceeding along a right line to its intersection with the outer limits of the territorial sea (as shown on sea chart N.Z. 25); thence generally, south-westerly, along the outer limit of the territorial sea to a point at the intersection of a right line from the southernmost point of Ellesmere County; and thence in a generally westerly direction along that line to and along the Rakaia River following the boundaries of the Ellesmere and Malvern counties to the confluence of the Rakaia and Mathias Rivers then following the Mathias River to Mathias Pass; thence in a generally north-easterly direction along the Main Divide following the boundaries of the Malvern, Hurunui, and Amuri counties to Belvedere Peak; thence in a generally south-easterly direction along the Crimea Range and following the boundary of the Mariborough County to a point on the
