PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water works, and shall vest in the Franklin County Council, and an easement of right to lay and maintain a pipeline with all accessories and to conduct water through the same and to enter for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the said pipeline, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and an easement of right of way over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for water works, and shall vest in the Franklin County Council, from and after the 16th day of October 1980.
