PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to and together with the benefit of the mutual party wall easement created by transfer H. 121039, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer S. 653474, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity (housing), from and after the 16th day of October 1980.
