Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.

3199 square metres, more or less, being part Section 27 and Lot 1, D.P. 31414, situated in Block XII, Tokatoka Survey District. All certificates of title 659/188 and 803/138. S.O. Plan 20889.

Prohibition of Hunting, Killing, or Having in Possession of Red Deer or Chamois in the Harper and Avoca Catchments of Craigieburn State Forest Park, Canterbury
Pursuant to section 8 (3) of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977, the Minister of Forests hereby declares that the hunting, killing, or having in possession of red deer, Cervus elaphus, or chamois, Rupicapra rupicapra, in the Harper or the Avoca Catchments of Craigieburn State Forest Park, by persons other than Forest Service employees, is prohibited from, and including the 1st day of November 1980, for a period of 5 years expiring on the 31st day of October 1985.

Fees Payable for Veterinary Inspection, Testing and Certification of Stock for Export (Notice No. 2458, Ag. 1547)
It is hereby notified for public information that on and after the 1st day of November 1980, there shall be payable on the veterinary inspection, testing, and certification of the several classes of stock, poultry, fish, etc., mentioned in the Schedule hereto, the respective fees as set out in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE
(a) For all types of animal, including ova and semen donors, but excluding domestic pets, fish, and crayfish:
(i) A charge of $14.70 per hour for time spent by veterinary officers employed by, or on contract to, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, in inspection, testing, and certification of stock for export;
(ii) A charge of $8.30 per hour for time spent by livestock officers employed by, or on contract to, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, in inspection, testing, and certification of stock for export;
(iii) A charge of 20c per kilometre from headquarters to point of examination and return for inspecting officers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
Charges in (i) and (iii) are made for all inspections except for reinspection at the port of embarkation.
(iv) A charge of $6.50 per animal per visit for laboratory testing, including screening tests undertaken by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
(v) A charge of $9 for every original certificate issued;
(vi) A charge of 50c per copy of every copy after the fourth for each certificate issued.
(b) For all domestic pets the following fees shall be payable in respect of certification for export:
For one animal: $13;
For each additional animal the property of the same owner and examined at the same time: $4.
(c) Fish and crayfish:
(i) For each original certificate covering whole consignment: $20.
(ii) When separate certificates are required for each package, cask, or parcel included in any one consignment, a fee of $2 shall be payable for each 10 or portion of 10 such certificates.
(d) Animal for the purpose of this notice is defined as inclusive of all types of livestock, including horses, cattle, swine, sheep, deer, goats, rabbits, poultry, and other birds, and circus and other groups of performing animals.

The Milk Price Notice 1980, Amendment No. 2

Pursuant to section 25 of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Price Notice 1980, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Milk Price Notice 1980* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1980.

Maximum price for milk sold to consumers and commercial users—The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the First Schedule, and substituting the First Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.

Maximum price at which milk may otherwise be sold—The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the Second Schedule, and substituting the Second Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.

Revocations—The Milk Price Notice 1980, Amendment No. 1†, is hereby consequentially revoked.

Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited at the St John's College, Hamilton, Board of Governors Notice 1980.
(2) This notice shall come into force on 17 November 1980.
- The Board of Governors of St John's College, Hamilton, shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district in which the school is situated;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.
