Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the road thirdly described in the said Schedule shall vest in Roderick George Boyce of Blenheim, draughtsman, and Betsy Ann Boyce, his wife, and that the road fourthly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Colin Richard Spencer of Blenheim, builder, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 89319, Marlborough Land Registry, and that the road fifthly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Paul Harold Allen of Blenheim, plumber, and Marilyn Ann Allen, his wife, and that the road sixthly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Allen Smith, of Blenheim, technician, and Mary Nora Smith, his wife.
