Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Masterton County Council.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block V, Kopuaranga Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Masterton County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed, vest in Ian Donald Arthur Cameron of Mauriceville, sheepfarmer, and also declares that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and shall, when so taken, vest in the said Ian Donald Arthur Cameron.
