Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed and Vested and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block VIII, Porangahau Survey District, Waipukurau District
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 22nd day of July 1980, published in Gazette, 31 July 1980, No. 89 at page 2263, by omitting the words “subject to lease No. 161839, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.”

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject to a Stormwater Easement, in the City of Christchurch
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 25th day of September 1980, subject to the stormwater easement created by memorandum of transfer 216714/2, Canterbury Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Taringamotu
PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes, on and after the 29th day of September 1980.

CANCELLATION OF NOTICE
NOTICE No. 110 published in the Gazette of 18 September 1980, page 2770, advising of an Emergency Protection Authority inquiry on writing instruments, is hereby cancelled and substituted by the following notice.
Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry in terms of the Industries Development Commission Act 1961 and to report in terms of section 10b of that Act, concerning the following goods:
Writing instruments falling within Tariff Items 98.03.001 and 98.03.011.

The St Hilda’s Collegiate School (Attendance Dues) Notice 1980
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and the Integration Agreement entered into between the Minister of Education and the Proprietor of St Hilda’s Collegiate School, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice shall be cited as the St Hilda’s Collegiate School (Attendance Dues) Notice 1980.

The proprietor of St Hilda’s Collegiate School may enter into an agreement with parents or other persons who accept responsibility for the education of a child at St Hilda’s Collegiate School requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable from the beginning of term 3 1980 in respect of St Hilda’s Collegiate School shall not be more than one hundred and sixty-eight dollars ($168) per child per term.

The Companies Exemption from Prospectus Requirements Notice 1980
PURSUANT to section 56A of the Companies Act 1955, the Minister of Justice, on the recommendation of the Registrar of Companies, hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Companies Exemption from Prospectus Requirements Notice 1980.
-
In respect of a loan to be raised by New Zealand Forest Products Ltd. outside New Zealand during September, October, or November 1980 by the issue of bonds amounting to not more than US$25,000,000, which bonds are proposed to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, New Zealand Forest Products Ltd. and every prospectus, report, invitation, advertisement, and other document issued or executed in connection with the raising of that loan, is hereby exempted from the requirements of sections 47 to 52, 55, 95A, and 95D of, and the Fourth Schedule to, the Companies Act 1955, subject to the following conditions:
(a) That New Zealand Forest Products Ltd. deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington within 21 days of being issued 2 copies each of the Preliminary Offering Circular and of the Final Offering Circular, issued in connection with the raising of the loan;
(b) That the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that the copies of the Preliminary Offering Circular are not materially different from the draft Preliminary Offering Circular previously delivered to him:
(c) That New Zealand Forest Products Ltd.—
(i) Enter into a trust deed with the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of New York, whereby the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York agrees to act as trustee for the bondholders; and
(ii) Deliver to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington within 21 days of its execution 2 copies of the trust deed:
